3. Keep customers up-to-date with the business on your blog
You should keep your customers up-to-date about the business, which can only strengthen the relationship.
Let your readers go beyond simple consumerism, write about what happens behind the curtains of your brand.
Post pictures about an upcoming product that you are going to launch to drum up interest, let your readers take part in the making-of process of your new video or post photos of members of staff or the company headquarters.
